For the last 2 months - when viewing E bay items, switching back and forth between different things my curser/refresh thingy starts spa zing out --( blinking and can't lock onto the page) I have to hit the refresh button several times to stop it,,, constantly,,,, or shut down and startup again sometimes stops it...

a little back ground to this--- My computers only a couple years old & not store bought, put together by my son in law with all the parts ordered by me on the internet.. WOW internet service, all MS updates Current, Mozilla firefox Current, Yahoo homepage, & Have Kasperskys anti-virus. all systems check out OKAY------ No Virus' ever found..

a couple Weeks ago I remember there being alot of updates to (Micro Soft windows 7) so maybe the hackers and trojan/ worm people have finally "out programed" the system developers? and (Windows 7) is constantly hang up like old XP did?
Also alot of garbage videos running rampant/ adds in the background... more than usual.
