That's correct...the vast majority of those members are not English, actually hardly any...mostly are Arabs, Chinese, Russians and a few Europeans...
I was there earlier today and someone wagered a £250K Plaque on the Roulette Table, that is 250K english pounds which is about $400K US Dollars, and guess what? It was all gone within 30mins...and there were no tears...
Therefore somehow I do not really think they will have any money issues...
