Yes, CJ/JK means Clifford Jones and Jake Kozloff, guys who opened and operated casinos all over the Caribbean and into South America. I doubt it is from Aruba, however, or at least, there is no reason to believe it is. The "C" chips John refers to are roulettes, table C. They are Ewing mold and look completely different. They do not say "Special 'C'". I would contact Ralph Pollack and Westen Charles to see if they have any information.
