Archie just informed of this auction in NYC for Nov 24th -- Turner Classic Movie memorabilia. Lot #90 is a 500 chip from the movie "Casablanca." (The movie was shown on TCM last night. I taped it, but have not looked at it yet. I see now that the consignor of the auction items [including Sam's piano in Casablanca] gave an interview about the auction just before the movie started.)

The auction takes place Nov 24th, viewing starts Thursday. You can see the catalog online and even bid online.

Don't hold your breath about the chip. Plain looking, plastic, and according to the honest auction description, many were made. You do get a COA I suppose.
