After seeing this post, I talked to my mother in law about Sharkey's. I knew there was some sort of connection, but couldn't remember the details. She said that Sharkey's mom (Sophia)was her father's Godmother. She spent a lot of time at his ranch in Plymouth, Ca when she was a youngster. I'll have to sit down with her one day and get some more info.
