I was going through my mother home and came across these two chips. Looks like on Bakelite. Interesting thing is on the black chip it has 20 on one side and it looks like 40 on the other side. And both have small holes drilled in them.

Anyone have any idea as to if real and a value. Also, I was not aware they made Bakelite for Monaco.
