without a price would be because I have no idea of its value and just want an offer which passes the laugh test. If that is the case, I make it clear in the post that I have no idea of value, so I can't list an asking price. When I have done this, I have received very few offers over the years, but I have almost always taken the offers when they have been made. Honestly, I had no idea what else to do. I guess in the future I could ask for opinions on value first and then sell at or below that price.
If a seller has some idea of the chip value, I agree with you, Steve.
