I've just received correspondence from ANA with our renewed membership card asking for a list of names and ANA membership numbers of CC & GTCC members to offset our annual ANA dues. Evidently, this information needs to be re-submitted each year (thank you for doing this in the past). Can you supply me with the past names and ANA member numbers you have on file so that I can respond to the ANA questionnaire?
