The Ban Fails - there will be three casino's and at least one racino/slot parlor in the state. The MGM project is in the Western part of the state in Springfield, and Wynn will be building in Everett, which is just outside of Boston on the north side. There is a third license for the southern part of the state that has not yet been awarded. Lots of new chips coming in 2017!!!
