I made this post 4 years ago after the convention. RobertE is one of those who replied and from whom I've gotten more of the card chips. At the time of the post, Robert did say he had over 200 of them in three colors, so maybe every card in the deck in red, white, and blue? I have never heard a good story on why they were made. I'm guessing they were not for gambling in a casino but for a home set of some kind.
