I just returned from a short trip to Truckee. While there, I took a short drive down to north shore, Lake Tahoe. The Cal-Neva is still closed for contruction (although I didn't see any contruction going on) and everything else is about the same except for a few, new, traffic circles!!

I stopped in the Tahoe-Biltmore to see if I could find any dice for my collection and found two sets of these purple dice at the front desk. The two pictured are available for $5 shipped, or trade for older Tahoe, Reno, Sparks or Carson City dice that I don't have.

By the way, while I was there, I saw in the paper that a man at the Casino Fandango in Carson City, hit a $1 million plus jackpot on a Wheeel of Fortune machine. He put in $20 while he was waiting for his wife in the restroom and thought the machine had broken because it wouldn't move while the lights kept flashing. A fellow player had to point out that he had won the jackpot!!
