The Tropicana came out with several versions of these silver tokens in 1991 including: Angel Fish, Bird of Paradise, Blue Macaw, Island of Las Vegas, and The God of Money. I have seen this token sell from $24.50 - 32.88. I believe the color you see on the rim is actually silver toning.
