John; If you will check with Mr. Murphy, the originator of this thread, he will tell you that I did respond to his "survey" privately. It wasn't until other public posts were made that I felt the need to jump in.

As for personal ethics .... I don't think "we" want to go there John... or do "we"? That would simply open up another can of worms that may cause some embarassment to a couple of folks.
