As a seller, I believe your objective should be to do everything you can to make sure the package arrives as its destination safely, not to save a buck in the process. That's why I always ship via the package rate, and paypal.com/shipnow allows me to ship multiple chips and print the shipping label for $1.93 with free tracking. I can't remember the last time I stood in line at the post office to mail a chip.
