Another chipper had one like it on ebay a few months ago with a $150 starting bid. It didn't sell, but does indicate how scarce he thinks it is. My starting bid is significantly lower. If it doesn't sell or you don't bid, email me in a week or two and maybe we can work something out. I have only the one chip that was in my "$20's" collection.

It's still not in anybody's reference book or price guide that I know of but there are several denominations on The Chip Guide with no name for Submitter.
