Do you know where it's from? Looking in a 1956 Nevada phone book, here's the exchanges....(but not all towns had gone to the 2-letter prefixes at that time)

Of course the ashtray could be later than 1956, I chose that year because it was the last state-wide phone book for Nevada. Regardless...it's a cool tray!!
