The city is missing out on taking advantage of the available water frontage on Absecon Inlet, only blocks from Revel, that if developed properly could become another picturesque Baltimore Inner Harbor setting all the way up to and including Gardner's Basin. On the other side of the inlet is very upscale Brigantine, NJ.
