I've seen him on most of the Playboy auctions. My assumption is he's just a Playboy Chip collector/dealer. He usually puts in a mid range bid then may bump it up. He doesn't win most of bids, but the ones he does he gets at a good price. I've over bid him twice & he seems to bid realistically. That's just my observations.
