Here are two NCV chips from Flamingo Hilton, Laughlin. There is a NCV listed in TCR in 5 colors. One (E0473) is Navy, but I don't think either of these would be called Navy: too light. Looks like color description should be changed and maybe a new color added (lt blu and dk blu?).
