Say what you will about "The Donald" but he employed a lot of people and if he returns to A.C. that will be good for thousands of folks who are without jobs right now. If he can purchase his former one or two properties for cents on the dollar through bankruptcy, and avoid undertaking on a huge debt obligation, perhaps he can make those properties profitable again. That would be much better than having the buildings remain vacant or demolished.
