Can anyone identify the type of hat/helmet, let only chip. Also, what country or area used the type of chapeau illustrated on the chip.

Chip was delivered to the NYC office of the USPC in 1923. Chips delivered to the NY office, many times was the first leg to final destination in the Caribbean or South America.

Any info on the chip would be appreciated
