The Apache Hotel/Bar/Café/Casino was located in downtown Las Vegas, where Binion's is now (ummmmm...o.k. I'm geographically challenged, but I know Binion's has taken over the whole block. I think Fremont and 2nd was the corner where the Apache was located...someone please correct me if I'm wrong, because I'm not going to look for the information).
There's not a lot of Apache artifacts out there, so when he found this menu my husband was thrilled!
We just received it, and wanted to share it...
When closed it's about 7"x11 the first page is approximately 5" wide, and each succeeding page is about 1/2" wider than the page before it, until the 2nd page of menu items which is 7"...and there's just a single smaller page after that, and the back cover.
It has all kinds of information, in addition to the menu items...and we thought it's pretty cool that food illustrations are in color
