I don't have the "power" to get paid by the credit card companies... .... PayPal has special deals with the credit card companies, so they can process the payment and pay a small fee to the credit card companies, and, in turn, they charge me (the recipient) the regular 2.9% fee. .. ... I don't know about the guarantees; they might apply; I feel they probably do... (The only thing I know is that in the past I quickly got money this way from buyers who did not have Paypal accts.)
