They went out of their way to design the most boring style chip in town, beating out Cosmopolitan and Hard Rock's long awaited $1 chip.

Speaking of town, where is the location? as in Las Vegas NV- as I was under the belief was one of the features required to be on chips by the NGC? I would assume its on the other side, or possibly in the mold- the pic is far too blurry to see for sure.
