Has anyone noticed that Paypal has changed their site somewhat. When I tried to send money to someone in the UK last night, they ask for their first and last name as well as their email info. Sent last night and this morning person whom I sent to said he hadn`t received monies in his account yet, sooo, I cancelled the money sent and of course the money went right back to my account. The paypal site looks completely different to me. Any help appreciated, Ron Bayne
