I sent this comment to the Seller:

"I have it on excellent authority that this chip is an ivory chip, which is an expressly forbidden item to sell on ebay. Further, it is believed that the "scribing", implying it is from VIrginia City ,was probably added to the chip, long after the original chip was made. You may be in the inadvertent position of offering a counterfeit chip to your Buyers. You may want to read these posts and then make this information available to your Bidders.

I know that if I were in your position, I would want to comply with ebay rules and be as honest as I could be with my bidders.
