face only. That seems to be an unfortunate fact of life right now. I can't tell you how many people have returned their Hard Rock & Palms extras (and even their own collections) over the past couple of years. If you put them up on with face value as a starting price plus shipping costs, you MIGHT get bids, but most likely not. Start them at 99 cents & you'll be lucky to get face value. You can go to the Palms & the Hard Rock, walk up to any table or craps game & find any number of limited edition chips in very good condition...even those from many years ago.
