I believe he is a member. His ebay ID is "countthechips" and has great feedback. I believe that I have done business with him in the past with no issues. He bought 2 chips from me on ebay a week and a half ago. I haven't heard from him. I sent him a couple of invoices and an ebay message but he hasn't contacted me.
