What size are these chips' inlays?

I believe the inlay size is different on these two Paul-son RHC mold chips. The Chip Guide doesn't think so. I don't think it was intentional, but somehow they were manufactured with different size inlays. The chips are the same outside diameter, 39 mm or 1.54 inches. The inlays on both are not quite centered on the chip.

Scanned together with Photoshop grid applied. Resolution is 200 dpi, so grid lines are 0.1 inch spacing in the chip world.

This is from the PGI catalog on-line.

What do you think? Have you seen other Paul-sons identical except for the inlay size?
