Its the Eagle Cigar Stand, a card room at 521-1/2 Pike St in the 1930s. The listing shows the owner as "Myer Rothstein" so I assume the Mason record was misstated (not unusual). Myer also ordered Mason chips with an eagle picture in 1931.

I don't know what the "SGA" stand for. I haven't done much looking into it.

I could use a chip (buy or trade) if you have more available.
