I don't know who made them but TR King made a lot of cheater dice for NV casino's and/or for any customer that wanted to cheat them.

IOTD - Illinois-7 posted 12/8/10 tells a good story about TRK and cheater dice they made along with the TRK records for them.
TR KING stopped selling gaming supplies in NV Jan. 25, 1974 due in large part to a NV gaming investigation.
