My impression was pretty good action and prices for the lots in Part I, especially the better items.
Seems that values overall have firmed up a bit in the last year.
I didn't stay for Part II, but was surprised to see the Chinese Pagoda encased cent (#340) go for $420.
Per Doug's description, it's the only gaming artifact from this place, but that's a pretty penny (pun intended) to be paid for this item.
Obviously, 2 of more determined bidders wanted this item!
Look forward to the October auction ... in the L.A. area?
