It is for a Flamingo Roulette Chip. We paid for it right away and it looks as if it was shipped right away. It shows that it made it to Vegas, and that's where it was last scanned. Please note that the scan is NOT from our post office, its a sort facility near the airport.

"Ok, so I called the post office and after getting additional phone numbers I finally found the "sort facility" where it was last scanned. I talked to a lady there who took my number and then called back. She said she check the machine and checked the "damaged" pile (assuming envelopes that get chewed up my the machine) and it is not there. She said she would keep an eye out if it popped up somewhere, but that was all she could do."

On May 21st ebay finds in favor of me, and refunds my money. On the VERY NEXT DAY he relists the chip!

I can only assume that the enveople somehow made it back to him and he decided to relist the chip, but then cancelled the listing because he rightly figured out that I would see the listing and call him out on it.

Just as a side note, I did find another seller : www.dice702.com who was happy to sell me not only that example but two other colors.

I am not here saying that this guy is a problem seller, his feedback shows may good examples of sales he has completed. What I am saying is that IF you have an issue, he WILL NOT assist you and WILL make you go thru the ebay process to even recoup your money. Maybe my sale was not enough money to warrant the help, I do not know?
