I am the "guy" this unethical person is referring to. As the majority of you know, I have dealt ethically with all of you for 10 years plus. This Jerk claims I never made an attempt to help him. In fact, this jerk did according to the PO receive his chip!!!. It was never scanned!! And HE never paid for the second chip he purchased!! He took advantage of the eBay system knowing if the item did not show delivered, he could get a FREE item...I would avoid dealing with this person at all costs. I had 2500 positive feedback's with NO negative feedback's or ever a delivery problem on eBay until this lying person took advantage of the system. You all who know me can be the judge.
