no...we didn't pay it. After contacting the rental car company (and getting virtually no information) my husband contacted his credit card company, telling them not to pay anything outside of the rental amount. He contacted our car insurance company and turned it over to them. They contacted the rental car company asking for pictures, estimates and proof...after no response from the car company, they denied the claim and we never heard anything else.
