Jim, Prior to the blow-outs you mention we've had nasty episodes regarding 1) the resignation of our Club VP, 2) the selection of the Tropicana for our convention, 3) the infamous single sided COTY contest 4) non-members joining local chapters. And I'm probably missing a couple of real donnybrooks. I'm convinced that a small percentage of people are not only nasty and unconstructive but are thrilled with their ability to air their nastiness in public. The real shame is that so many of our Club executives choose not to continue in their roles because of the frustration and fatigue of dealing with this small percentage.
