Lets get things straight!!! Im VERYYYY!!!! new to this chip collecting ..i've been collecting for only 8 to 9 months ... when Virgil and i did our transaction that was my first top 5 trades i've ever made since collecting...i sent out 5 different trades to 5 different people and 4/5 recieved them..it seemed weird / fishy ...I thought virgil was a scammer due to the fact you have no clue if there lying or not on recieving there chips ..ive heard story of people getting free chips plus there money back on paypal ..i wasnt taking a lost on my first transaction to scammer i thought!! i didnt know anything about the chip community what so ever...i didnt know all about the cc/gtcc n chipboard back then ...now virgil was contacting me on a regular base and to me i thought it was a act / harrasment i blocked him on my email due to that..but know seen all of this blow up and his reputation is very strong i must email him and make things good and i WILL come good to this ...also one question??? if he never receieved the chips .what should i do with the post office ?? i just mailed it regular mail?? like i said im very new and i do owe everyone a BIG apology and i hope things will be good in the near future..
