Of course, Charles will not and SHOULD not allow anybody to use or have access to his equipment or anything else.
And I am not stating that administrative work should be given to any not prepared.

My suggestion is that we, the uneducated, can offer our chip expertise in so many things which would require small direct involvement.

Reason I used corporative mentality, meant that you have the main officers, who have the final word on the more important jobs. They have people who do what Charles does, in this case Charles is a boss and in charge of his own computer. But then, he is also forced to be an officer, in charge of the programming and making decision as to which chip goes where, if a chip is fake, etc. WHY?

That is where delegation to lower humans like myself and others can be helpful. Why not delegate 2-3 people who receive an email with the chip to be submitted, evaluated by the 3 experts in less than 3 days (actually it would only take us usually no more than a few minutes for an expert in that field to make that decision) and then once they concluded the chip belongs there, well categorize as under which heading or which casino (many, but MANY errors are present in the guide, but when you try to correct them.......). Once the decision is made then have one of the expert do the submission, like regular chippers do now, clean and corrected, under the submitters's name and then Charles does as he has always done. But, here you have a clean product, and the viewer can be quite sure there is no misinformation. After all the guide is in the business of giving "correct" information.

Sounds complicated, NOT, very easy. In any corporation any submission of any new order does not go directly to the CEO, is first evaluated by some, determined if applicable and then for the desicion to go with the submission the COO/CEO decides. But, the first submission never goes directly to the CEO, you pay experts to do that on the way up. And even better when you get them for free

And that same mentality applies to all jobs.

Steve, do not understand you scolding me because I am un-sensitive to the excessive jobs the CEOs are doing and the lack of help. But I present a solution used by most corporation in this world and then you tell me is not necessary because Charles already have enough helpers, the guys who submit.

So, which is it? you cannot find help or you do not want help!
