I am new to the club compared to others giving their opinions here. I feel strictly advertising chips not intended for play in any game should be in a separate section. These would include Harley, Brothel, Free drink, Golf course logo chips. These are for advertising only. However, a precedent and exception to that rule that Greg Susong made was to include key chain/gift shop chips that were connected to "Actual " casinos . So even he was looking for all types of chips too........FROM ACTUAL CASINOS. Old time advertising chips from companies that were distributed in red, white and blue colors are obviously poker/gaming chips. If they go into a chip guide, they should be in, my opinion, a strictly advertising section, perhaps in a separate guide like the Antique Poker Chip Guide that Dale Seymour made, which they already are. The whole question of what belongs in the Chip Guide is fuzzy. Where do many, many inlaid chips that were used as roulettes in known casinos belong? No one can actually prove where they were used unless you have a photo of them on the table, which is almost impossible to find. More questions than answers for sure.
