Even if you throw out the morality, they are not casino chips. They are advertising poker chips. if you included them, you'd have to add hundreds or thousands of chips to the Chip Guide. You'd have Joe's Auto Wash listed on the same page next to Caesar's Palace, Hilton, Flamingo, etc.
