Mike has been very helpful in providing some 'date' information on playing card decks that I have posted here on TheChipBoard. In addition to posting answers, we have also been emailing and one of the emails Mike sent he inluded 3 attachments of "newletters" he once published. Each newletter, a .pdf, was informative about different aspects of casino playing cards, and I have asked him if I could host each .pdf on my website, as available downloads to those who may be interested in the information offered.
