Per Claudine Williams (owner) and Eric Endy (Paulson) they did open using the Holiday Queen chips while new ones were in production. Yes you cold have gotten one on the tables.

Holiday Inn's made them strip the "Holiday Queen" name off everything else shortly prior to opening.
They decided they did not like the word "Queen" associated with Holiday Inn's.
