Gene, I have most definately...

NOT seen a blue version. But I don't recall seeing a white, red, lavendar (sic) or chocolate versions either.

Does this suggest that the card has a typo for one of the colors?

Separate from that, I have a question in perspective to being familiar with Mason record cards, for which I am most definately not, but you are....

While the bottom card uses a ink impression of the monogram in question, the top card uses a typewriter, and in doing so, the initials also include periods; "N.S.C.".

Without an ink impression of the actual die, is it possible that the hot-stamp used was actually capital letters, with periods, and we have been assuming that the die associated with the chocolate order (lower card) in the absence of examples of any "N.S.C." (letters with periods) chips, AND, the hand written note on the top card about the chocolate chips may have been in error and makes us believe that the top card chips were also made in the Old Style Mono, which is also not specified on the top card? Yep, quite a mouth full, but do you see what I mean?
