At the last So. Cal. CC&GTCC Chapter meeting, I picked this little chip (shown in the bottom left of the image below) up from a well known So. Cal. Dealer. He pointed out that the chip had been in a collection for over 10 years. I have never seen this variety of Hat & Cane before...

I annotated the other four manufacturer types and characteristics (not including the inverted H&C, or the RHC varieties) to show the main differences between this chip and the other known types.

Does anyone know who the manufacturer/distributor is/was???
