Yet you have recently agreed that placement of material on a 3 (SxS) not conforming to the surrounding inserts is an error... in which we know is a human error.

If the material used in forming the thin insert on the Harvey's chip was as great in area as the missing material on the slug, would that, too, not be an error with one of the inserts...?

Sure it's hard to call, but I cannont say that I have ever seen an insert such as the Harvey's or what I described here.
