In the coin hobby ... a coin that is struck off center is considered an "ERROR" and are much sought after by error collectors.

I would say that a center inlay whose placement is still within the center of the chip is one thing, but a center inlay that extends outside of the center ring, into the surrounding grid area is another matter.... but that's just me. Others are entitiled to their opinions.
