I grew up in San Marino, 1937-1958 Ernie Primm was our neighbor, I played football with his son Gary, who took over the stateline casinos when Ernie passed, and kept his dad's promise to name the town Primm. I also dated Gary's sister Joan ( We almost got married). Mr Primm was the most private person I ever met, was in his home often, he was gone most of the time, but when he was home most conversation was a grunt. He was know in this very conservative town as a ganster. (not ture) All I know is he ws partners with Bill Harrah on many projects in Reno area, and owned the Rainbow Club & Monterey Club in Gardena. (I played at both clubs often in mid 50's) Gary was a superviser at these clubs in early 60's, after he graduated from USC.
I had no interest in chip's in those day's, except I do remember racks of chips in a closet at Primm's house, we met there for our HS car club. Gary, is just as private as his Dad, had a good friend about inquire about the EPCC chips a few years ago, Gary said he had no idea.
