The D4C Ranch sat where the Rio sits today

Although in those days, there wasn't an !-15 freeway dividing the LV Strip (then Hwy 91) from the D4C Ranch property. There was a road (dirt or paved?) that turned off of Hwy 91 (aka the Los Angeles Hwy / Hwy 91) that took you to the D4C Ranch.

Or so I've been told ... Does that sound correct?
