Vic - I could not tell by your post if you realize that the chip that Jay is referring to is not the chip you have shown in your pic.

I think Jay is referencing a chip that only has a "Thunderbird" in small curved letters and "Hotel" in small letters right below it. There is no city or denom on that side. The other side has 50c on it. There is no pic of that book in the Chip Guide, put there is one in Jame's book. I don't have it, though I wish I did .

Here are some of my Tbird 50 centers. All these hot stamps have "Hotel" first, then "Thunderbird", which is the order it is referred to in the Chip Rack.
