~~~ (by Lawyer) what can be taken off the Internet and how it may and may not be used. For educational purposes is one... and for monetary gain is another.
The topic has been brought up several times here thru the years, and in a few threads I explained how a major Antique publication went to my site and helped themselves to some rare material and included those images into a special insert publication of their's without even asking me (all showing my serial numbers)... and, upon me contacting my law firm, I was informed there is nothing I could do about it because of the purpose served.
ChipGuide has every right to set whatever guidlines they wish in order to prevent any problems... and all we need to do is follow, exactly, what they ask for.
